oh dear. it seems it's been forever. so, here it goes, in short.
i don't live in hawai'i anymore. i am currently in houston for the summer, though i'm not really in houston... sounds confusing, it is.
in a month and one day i will be moving to virginia... but only for a month and a half.
i will leave october 18 and fly to london. i will spend 8 hours in london soaking up everything i possibly can.
i will get on a plane and fly about 9 hours to my future home, well, sort of... tanzania.
i will spend about four to five months in a town called morogoro, tanzania learning swahili.
and then... finally... i will move to my new home, usangi (it's in the ne mountains about an hour or so south of mt kilimanjaro), tanzania where i will love on people and share my Jesus...
and there's the short of it :)
sidenote... i would paste a pretty little picture of usangi on the tanzanian map or paste a picture of the people of the pare mountains (my mountain range)... alas, it is too remote and no pictures really exist... c'est la vie.
